Refund policy

We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase at The Creative Bride.

If for any reason you are not happy, please contact us to return your item within 30 days of purchase. We are happy to provide a full refund on goods returned in a resalable condition. We will refund return postage costs for any items deemed as faulty or sent in error. Unfortunately, we can't accept returns on perishable items eg food, chocolates etc or personalised products including printed wedding stationery and goods unless a fault is found.

Please include a short note with your returned items stating your name and address or a copy of the original invoice.

We will refund as soon as we receive the goods back. We do recommend that you obtain proof of posting or send the goods back using a tracked delivery method.
