Choosing bespoke wedding invitations is an exciting part of your wedding journey. Below you’ll find answers to the most common questions about our design process, pricing, timings and the beautiful finishing touches that make your stationery feel truly special.

What does “bespoke” mean when it comes to wedding invitations?

Bespoke means your wedding invitations are designed entirely from scratch for your celebration. We do not simply personalise an existing template. Instead, we carefully create a design around your wedding style, colour palette, venue, atmosphere and the overall feeling you want your guests to experience when they open your invitation.

How does the bespoke design process work?

Your bespoke journey begins with a consultation where we discuss your ideas, wedding plans, colours, styling and the look and feel you want to create. We then design your stationery from the ground up and send you a digital proof to review. Once you are happy, we move into production and hand-finish the details that bring everything together beautifully.

How much do bespoke wedding invitations cost?

The cost of bespoke wedding invitations depends on the level of detail, the materials chosen and the finishes included. Some couples prefer elegant simplicity, while others choose layered luxury invitations with ribbons, wax seals, vellum wraps, handmade flowers or presentation boxes. Our 1-hour design consultation is £75, and that amount is deducted from your final order.

How long does the bespoke invitation process take?

As a guide, most bespoke wedding invitation orders take around 4 to 6 weeks from consultation to completion. This includes time for the design process, proofs, revisions, printing and hand-finishing. If your wedding is sooner, please do still get in touch as we will always do our best to help where possible.

What materials and finishes can I choose from?

We offer a carefully chosen range of luxury materials and embellishments including textured card, pearlescent finishes, vellum, mirror card, ribbons, wax seals, layered matting and handcrafted details. We can also create stationery with beautiful tactile and sensory elements so your invitations feel as impressive as they look.

Can you create matching stationery for the rest of the wedding?

Yes, we can design a full matching stationery suite so that every detail feels cohesive. This can include save the dates, RSVP cards, information cards, menus, place cards, table plans, welcome signs, order of service and thank you cards, all created to complement your invitations and overall wedding styling.

Will I see my design before it is printed?

Yes, absolutely. Before anything goes to print, you will receive a digital proof to review. This gives you the chance to check wording, layout and styling, and request any changes needed. We only move forward once you are happy with the final design.

How many revisions are included?

We include two rounds of revisions as standard, which is usually plenty for refining the design and making sure everything feels just right. If further changes are needed after that, additional revisions can be arranged.

Can you create other wedding details as well as invitations?

Yes. Alongside wedding invitations, we can also create coordinating wedding details such as signage, favours, table plans, artificial bouquets, buttonholes and other finishing touches. If it is part of your wedding vision, we would love to hear about it.
